Prioritizing Health & Wellness at SuperGames
At SuperGames, we believe that health and wellness are the foundation of a vibrant, fulfilling life. They influence how we think, feel, move, and connect with the world around us. Prioritizing our well-being isn’t just about avoiding illness—it’s about investing in more energy, sharper focus, better moods, and a stronger ability to handle life’s daily challenges.
Promoting Healthy Choices
In 2025, we’ve made wellness a key focus across our team. In March, we kicked off a new initiative by partnering with Betty’s Body Shop to provide on-site massage services, giving our team an opportunity to relax, reset, and recharge during busy weeks.
We’ve also introduced weekly wellness challenges that encourage movement, hydration, mindfulness, and intentional self-care. From setting step goals and closing fitness rings to practicing daily stretching and engaging in 30-minute workouts, our team has adopted the small, consistent habits that lead to long-term health.
City Races
To further push ourselves outside of our comfort zones, we teamed up with M3SSports and participated in a variety of races across Columbus. From the 97.1 The Fan 5K and the Ohio State 4 Miler to the Crooked Can 4 Miler and the 5th Line 5K, our crew stepped up—training both in our in-house gym and outdoors to prepare. These events have not only boosted our physical fitness but also strengthened our sense of community and shared purpose.
In the midst of our fast-paced work schedule, it’s essential to take intentional moments to pause, reset, and find balance. At SuperGames, we’ve learned that stepping back—especially during our busiest seasons—isn’t just beneficial for personal well-being, but also for overall team performance. When we prioritize rest and mental clarity, we return more focused, more creative, and more connected.
A Well-Deserved Wellness Break
In June, we hosted our annual Wellness Week—a paid, intentional break for our team to recharge after an all-time record-setting May. With a packed calendar of city events and summer festivals ahead, it’s important to recharge our staff who make the magic happen all year long. Our staff made the most of it—some took trips, others spent quality time with family, and many simply enjoyed the chance to rest and reset. Whether it was a quiet staycation or a long-awaited getaway, Wellness Week gave everyone space to breathe before diving back into the action.
